3 cloves garlic, chopped coarsely |

1 cup fresh basil leaves |
| |
1/2 cup roasted Pine Nuts (pignoli) |
| |
1/2 cup chopped parsley |
| |
1/4 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
| |
2 tablespoons white Miso |

| |
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth paste is formed. Store in an air-tight container.
