New Organic Agave Nectar from Florida Crystals!
Organic Agave Nectar is a delicious liquid sweetener, with a low glycemic

Hearty Agave Oatmeal
• Available in Light and Amber varieties; 11.75 oz. and 23.5 oz. bottles.

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup rolled oats, whole grain
2 cups water
1/8 tsp salt (optional)
1 TBSP butter
3 TBSP Florida Crystal® Organic Amber Agave Nectar
1 organic Granny Smith apple, peeled & finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup dried cranberries (or any dried fruit)
Bring 2 cups of water and salt to a boil. Add in both oats,
reduce heat to low and cook for 12 - 18 minutes, until desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Cover,
remove from heat and let stand a few minutes; mix in
butter and Florida Crystals® Organic Amber Agave Nectar.
Spoon oatmeal into individual bowls, top with apple,
walnuts and cranberries. Sprinkle on ground cinnamon to
taste. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
Quick Tip: For creamier oatmeal, add milk 1 TBSP at a
time until you reach desired consistency.
